SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION

Requires approval. Allow up to 48 hours for confirmation of your appointment.

Fill out the Intake Form: This will be with your appointment confirmation in the inbox of the email you provided.

CONSULTATION

I tour the space(s) and talk about your needs, what is and isn’t working for you, and discuss a potential plan.

Consultation fee is collected at that time.

If you choose to move forward, you will sign a Contractor Agreement and fill out the Post Consultation Form.

PLAN DEVELOPMENT

With the photos and notes from our consultation, I will develop your customized plan. There is often some back and forth to fine tune.

Once you approve the plan, you sign off on the Project Proposal, which includes the scope, price and timeline of the project.

The deposit (50% of estimated bill) is collected at that time.

IMPLEMENTING THE PLAN

I come into your space and execute the approved plan. This may or may not include your participation, depending on our agreement.

Upon completion I will orient you to your space and the systems I have put in place for you.

I will collect the final payment and leave you to enjoy your new space!

FOLLOW UP (optional)

Sometimes a solution we think will work doesn’t quite do the job. Three months after completion of the job I am available to come back in (for a fee) and make adjustments to ensure your needs are fully met.
